HIGH EFFICIENCY MOTORS

>GENERAL FEATURES

Asynchronous standardized three-phase and single-phase motors, squirrel-cage rotor, totally enclosed and fan-cooled, insulation class F, protection degree IP54 or IP55 on request IE2 limit values in according to CEMEP agreement and MEPS level.

IEC frame: MEC 80, 90, 100, 112, 132, 160, 180.

Power: from 0.75 to 37kW.

Number of poles: 2, 4, 6 poles.

Frame: finned, die-cast aluminium treated to prevent the corrosion. Available in different configurations.

Stator: low loss magnetic lamination, number of slots and geometrical shape related to the speed of the motor.

Winding: triple enamelled copper wire class C, impregnated and insulated with class H copper.

Rotor: aluminium squirrel-cage rotor.

Shields and flanges: die-cast aluminium, with steel polished insert bearing seat reinforced from MEC 100 for flanges and from MEC 112 for shields. Available also on drawing.

Bearings: made by the best bearings-manufacturers and selected for the specific use of the motor.

Shafts: C40 and C45 steel shafts with standardized IEC72-1 drive-non drive ends and keys. Available also on drawing.

Cooling: external, high performance, by means of a bi-directional fan with radial blades made of thermoresistant plastic.

Fan-cover: made of plastic-alloy or galvanized stamped plate.

Terminal-box and terminal-box cover: made of thermoplastic material or aluminium. Different configurations are available.
