IEC frame: MEC 56, 63, 71, 80, 90, 100, 112, 132, 160, 180.
Power: from 0.09 to 37kW.
Number of poles: 2, 4, 6, 8 poles, single speed. 2-4, 4-8, 6-8 poles, two speed.
Frame: finned, die-cast aluminium with high mechanical resistance available also treated to prevent the corrosion.
In different configurations.
Stator: low loss lamination, number of slots and geometrical shape related to the speed of the motor.
Winding: triple enamelled copper wire class H, impregnated and insulated with class F varnish..
Rotor: aluminium squirrel-cage rotor or Aluminium-alloy when a higher starting torque is required.
Shields and flanges: die-cast aluminium,with steel insert polished bearing seat and reinforced from MEC 100 for flanges and from MEC 112 for shields. Available also on drawing.
Bearings: made by the best bearings-manufacturers and selected for the specific use of the motor.
Shafts: C40 and C45 steel for standard motors or AISI 416 or 431 on request, shafts with standardized IEC72-1 drive-non drive ends and keys. Available also on drawing.
Cooling: external, high performance, by means of a bi-directional fan with radial blades made of thermo- resistant plastic.
Fan-cover: made of plastic-alloy or galvanized stamped plate.
Terminal-box and terminal-box cover: made of thermo-plastic material or aluminium. Different configurations are available.
